Like bjuicen says, keep you caloric intake high! I also try keeping my reps low and weights heavy during workouts. Post cycle meds are a must! Clomid and/or nolva plus a little HcG like WHODAMAN suggested. You can do a search for specifics on dosage suggestions. Plus OTC (or not OTC) suppliments can help, like BIG O suggests. Realize you’ll lose some of your gains, but you can keep some quality mass if you do it right. nt they currently live under and give them that choice. These people are everyones fellow brothers and sisters and sometimes need help. (I.E. If you seen someone beating their wife and child would you step in? or stay out of it because its not your concern?) No matter what country these people live in one thing is constant in all of them. The people as a whole have the right to determine what form of government, not the select few. (Iran, Syria, N. Korea) Its about Freedom and equality for all, no matter where they live. As to other countries they all suck compared to the US IMO. LOL Now no one get their panties in a bind over that statement. LOLBut that is my opinion. Everyone has their own and some will feel that other countries are better. That is their choice. Everyone has a different view on what government should be and how society should be and therefore they will like one country more than another and even like it more than the US. However my own views and what freedoms I enjoy (Specifically the 2nd Amendment) the US is the best to me on earth.
